How does your consulting process work?

Our process starts with an initial consultation to understand your business objectives and current technology landscape. We then create a proposal for the project, including an estimate. Once the client signs off, we'll start our detailed analysis, gather requirements, create project scope and schedule and begin work.

What type of working relationships do you have with your clients
  • We offer flexible pricing models based on the scope and duration of the project. This may include hourly rates, project-based fees, or retainer options, allowing us to provide solutions that fit your budget.
  • Retainer -Establish an estimated weekly hours needed for ongoing basis with minimum monthly hour threshold to be billed, additional hours billed at hourly rate established in contracting.
  • 3rd party approved talent agency - We are happy to work with 3rd party talent agencies or as sub-contractors to primary vendors. All work is billed corp-to-corp, hourly rate. (We will sign NDA and non-compete as needed.)
  • Project Based - Estimate weekly schedule required for project and billed at hourly rate or according to a schedule. 
  • For all of our work, travel expenses will be billed separately for most client engagements requiring onsite work. Travel requiring air travel/overnight expenses would include transportation (airfare, parking/mileage, taxi/uber or car rental, etc), per diem meals, and  accommodations.  
  • Our standard terms are net 30 with invoicing done weekly.
